- Service Fulfillment: Services are provided according to the terms outlined in the invoice or agreement with the client. Any specific timelines for delivery or completion will be agreed upon prior to invoicing.
- Product Fulfillment: If physical or digital products are sold, they will be delivered through the agreed delivery method (e.g., email, shipping, etc.) after payment confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with the services or products provided. However, refunds will be handled according to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued for services or products if the client identifies a significant issue or error in the delivered item, subject to our review.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for services or products that have already been fulfilled as per the agreed terms are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

- Services: If the service has not yet been delivered or initiated, cancellations may be accepted. For services already in progress, cancellations may be subject to fees based on the extent of work completed.
- Products: Cancellations for product orders can be accepted prior to shipping or delivery. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
